The Conversations list

The Conversations list is the first page you see when you open the Conversational Surveys app. From here, you can create a new conversational survey or open an existing one.

• Click Create a Conversation to create a new conversational survey.
• Click Recipient Quota to check how much of your distribution quota has been used so far.
• Use the status filters (Draft or Distributed) to filter the list by survey status.
• Type keywords in the search field to find a survey by name.
• Sort the list in ascending or descending order by conversation title, date, or status.
• Click the options menu beside a survey to rename, duplicate, or delete a survey.
  Note:

  • You must be an Admin, Power User or Author to create, rename, duplicate, or delete a survey.
  • You can only delete a draft survey. Distributed surveys cannot be deleted to prevent data loss.
  • You must be an Admin to view the recipient quota report.
