Add message elements
Add unsubscribe commands or a custom invalid response to your message.
Prerequisites:
You must be an Admin, Power User or Author to complete this task.

Copy and paste unsubscribe commands into your message.
Unsubscribe commands are keywords that participants can text to immediately opt out of a survey. You can copy and paste the exact keywords into your message so participants know what to text. Having unsubscribe commands in your welcome message is strongly recommended. See Configure survey settings for more information.

Click
Add Element > Copy
Unsubscribe Command and select an option:
- Stop
- End
- Quit
- Cancel
- Unsubscribe
- Copy All
Result: In the bottom right of the page, a notification message lets you know the unsubscribe command was copied to your clipboard. - In the preview area, place your cursor in a text box and paste the unsubscribe command.

For intro messages, copy and paste opt-in commands into your
message.
Opt-in commands are keywords that participants can text to consent to taking a survey. You can copy and paste the exact keywords into your message so participants know what to text. Opt-in commands create an additional digital record of consent but do not replace getting prior consent to send your audience SMS messages. See Configure survey settings for more information.

Customize the message a participant receives if they provide an
invalid response to a question.

Add Element > Edit
Invalid Response.
Result: A new message appears in the preview area. If you have set a default invalid response message, it appears here.
- Type or adjust the invalid response text.
